For over two decades, Dolphin Excursions has been guiding guests along Oʻahu’s remote west coast, a place few get to experience this closely. What began as a passion for the ocean and its wildlife has grown into something we’re proud to share every day.
These waters are home to spinner dolphins, sea turtles, and seasonal humpback whales, and no two days are ever the same. Often, we’re the only boat in sight, witnessing moments that feel completely untouched.
It’s a place we deeply respect, and one we’re honored to introduce to every guest who joins us.

Our team is made up of certified captains, lifeguards, and marine naturalists who bring years of experience both on the water and in the field. Many of our crew have been with us for over a decade, growing from deckhands into captains and leaders.
From navigating the coastline to sharing insights about marine life, they’re here to make your experience safe, seamless, and genuinely memorable. Whether guiding you in the water or answering questions along the way, every member of our crew plays a hands-on role in your day.
Behind the scenes, our operations team ensures everything runs smoothly from your first call to your time on board.
Founded by Captain Victor Lozano, Dolphin Excursions was built on a deep respect for the ocean and a desire to share it the right way—with care, knowledge, and small groups.
